Purpose and legal basis<\/h3>\n<ul><li>Responding to requests sent via the form, email or phone \u2013 based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/li><li>Providing contracted services \u2013 for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/li><li>Website security and abuse prevention \u2013 based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/li><li>Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/li><\/ul>\n<h3>4. Who we share data with<\/h3>\n<p>We do not sell or rent personal data. It may only be accessed by:<\/p>\n<ul><li>our website hosting provider;<\/li><li>Microsoft (Microsoft 365), our email service provider;<\/li><li>public authorities, only when required by law.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer only takes place with the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n<h3>5. How long we keep data<\/h3>\n<p>Messages received via the form or email are kept as long as needed to handle your request, but no longer than 12 months unless you become a client. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Data security<\/h3>\n<p>We use appropriate technical and organisational measures \u2013 encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and security updates \u2013 to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
