3. Data processed on behalf of clients

When we provide managed IT services, we may have access to our clients' systems and the data they contain. In these cases we act as a processor and handle data only on the client's instructions, under the terms of a data processing agreement (DPA).

4. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). Details about each right are in our Privacy Policy.

5. How to contact us

Send your request to contact@bithub.ro or by post to our registered office. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. We respond within 30 days.

6. Security incidents

If a personal data breach poses a risk to your rights, we notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay, as required by GDPR.

This policy explains how GOBALT SOLUTIONS SRL, operating the Brasov IT Hub brand, collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to www.bithub.ro.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to respond to your requests:

  • Contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number, subject and your message.
  • Direct communication: the data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed automatically by the server in security logs.

The website does not currently use analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Google Ads).

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to requests sent via the form, email or phone – based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Providing contracted services – for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Website security and abuse prevention – based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. It may only be accessed by:

  • our website hosting provider;
  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365), our email service provider;
  • public authorities, only when required by law.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer only takes place with the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Messages received via the form or email are kept as long as needed to handle your request, but no longer than 12 months unless you become a client. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.

6. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures – encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and security updates – to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right:

  • to access your data;
  • to have your data corrected or deleted;
  • to restrict processing;
  • to data portability;
  • to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
